    Here’s what we need:

    We are looking for someone who will serve in our Learning and Development Department as direct support and development for New Restaurant Opening Leaders. This person should be Damn Good at influencing others to be excited and committed to furthering the organization’s objectives in training delivery and new store openings.

    What you’ll be doing:

    Develop and supervise the NSO teams, project manager and the development program for lead trainers on the NSO team

    Responsible for all aspects of the NSO process including budgets, travel expenses, and execution of training in new units. Builds strategies for cost saving opportunities.

    Understands Torchy's business model and develops strategies to meet or exceed company objectives in new store openings

    Partners with development team to stay aligned on store plans, timelines for new store opening and execution

    Partners with other departments to ensure completion of new store opening tasks

    Create & maintain relationships with outside vendors involved in new store opening classes & learning

    Conducts regular meetings & one-on-ones to foster a supportive work culture & give guidance

    Project manager overseeing all details & logistics of the new store opening process

    QUE-SO…here’s what you’ll need:

    Experience with participating and serving in a leadership role in restaurant new store openings

    Excellent knowledge of food safety, quality sanitation training & follow-ups

    Proven success in a restaurant leadership role

    Damn good taco teacher

    Exemplifies & upholds our company values

    Ability to effectively work on multiple projects simultaneously, meet deadlines and achieve successful results

    Position is a field position, must have the ability to travel and be resourceful and self-motivated

    Bilingual a plus

    Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
