    Here’s what we need:

    Torchy's Tacos is looking for an outgoing, self-motivated, and organized professional to join our Marketing family. The New Store Opening Field Marketing Coordinator will directly support and promote all new restaurant openings by executing local marketing initiatives including, but not limited to, planning and executing grand opening events, targeting new audiences, engaging with current guests, creating sales plans, establishing action plans and pursuit of strategic local marketing partnerships across each community. This includes administrative and organizational tasks, close communication with store and region leadership teams, vendor relations, setting up and hands-on execution of local events, and other various tasks assigned by the Field Marketing Manager.

    What you’ll be doing:

    Assist Field Marketing Manager in planning, promoting and executing New Store Openings from Pre-Opening to Opening Day.

    Prospect, book and communicate with event vendors.

    Coordinate print and promotional materials for timely delivery to the stores.

    Research local community partners and set up complimentary catering orders during mock service.

    Assists in completing site surveys before events in order to prepare for on-site or remote promotions.

    Help execute events by leading set up, delegating tasks, staging vendors, working along store team members, and owning the event run of show.

    Collects promotional supplies and materials for on-site events and off-site events in order to ensure Torchy’s has proper equipment in place to facilitate a smooth-running event and to assure that adequate materials are on hand for promotional purposes.

    Breaks down Torchy’s displays and collects all materials at the conclusion of events in order to remove company property from the event site. Ensures Torchy’s displays are in good condition and maintains the inventory.

    Provides a post event recap and compiles pictures that will be posted on our websites and/or online social media pages in order to promote the highlights of the event.

    Generates leads and establishes sales growth action plans for Local Store Marketing opportunities such as In-Store Fundraisers and Events, Strategic Partnerships, Cross Promotional Opportunities, Catering Orders and Off-Premise Activations.

    Assist with LSM Playbook tactics, manage content and store guidance.

    Assists with stores Local Facebook Pages by posting content, growing activity and engagement, as well as fielding inquiries.

    Special projects as assigned.

    QUE-SO…here’s what you’ll need:

    Ideal candidate should have a minimum of two years college or university education in marketing, communications, or related fields.

    Should possess advanced user skills in Microsoft Office products, and all social media channels.

    Creative; exceptional communication, organizational, writing and editing skills.

    Ideal candidate should be a self-starter, highly motivated, and organized.

    Must have the ability to work independently and under pressure; requires self-discipline, time management, and must be able to meet deadlines and production schedules.

    Ability to travel approximately 70% of the time.
