Toro Title, LLC was founded to bring a new level of quality and customer service for Nashville title closings. We believe phone calls and e-mails deserve prompt responses, every party stays updated throughout the entire transaction, and clients leave closings with documents in hand (or scans delivered electronically on their drive home).
We’re working to use technology and good ole fashioned customer service to get your transaction to the finish line. Toro has been providing title insurance and settlement services to the Nashville area since 2018.
Toro is run by Matt Anderson, attorney, and his wife, Taylor.
Toro Title, LLC is actively seeking a licensed TN attorney with title & escrow experience to join our growing company. Experience in a fast-paced office is mandatory and the desire to contribute progressive ideas and teamwork to the business is vital.

REQUIREMENTS:
Notary Public (or willing to obtain)
3+ years title & escrow experience
Title Practice Attorney in TN
RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:
Day-to-day management of Title & Escrow office, including delegation to and responsibility for work output of multiple employees.
Originate, manage, and grow existing and new client relationships.
Assist staff with workload as needed, including scheduling, processing, document preparation, closing agent duties, and post-closing duties.
Perform notarial and closing agent duties as required.
Perform quality control checks for title insurance policies and escrow policies.
Assisting with difficult title curative files and solving complex problems.
Review title commitments and issue title insurance policies.
Additional duties as assigned.
SKILLS:
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Leadership and management background including staff development and support
Detail-orientated and able to manage multiple, concurrent problems
Ability to operate on an individual and autonomous level daily with minimal supervision
Strong interpersonal skills and enjoying working with diverse personalities including customers, staff, and vendors
Customer service, communication, and listening skills - ability to diffuse tense situations and explain complex problems simply. Ability to generate book of business of loyal clients.
Organization, implementing new office policies & procedures, proficiency with basic computer software (Word, Outlook, Citrix, etc.)
Experience with Qualia, Simplifile, Register's Office accesses, and treasury management banking systems preferred.
