Our direct customer acquisition approach is the reason our clients have experienced rapid and sustainable growth over the last 5+ years. We're currently looking for a Sales & Customer Service agent to work with a government-funded campaign that provides local communities with the telecommunications tools services they need to succeed. This is a client-facing position and will be a frontline member of our team.
JOB DUTIES:
- Team building and motivation.
- Receive and provide training to any team members that need it.
- Build and maintain relationships with customers.
- Learn and complete the enrollment process
- Work with other leaders to plan and direct the work of the organization.
- Attend National Seminars and Conferences.
- Create reports to update the company on team progress.
- Work in different departments to gain perspective, including marketing, sales, customer service, and personnel departments.
- Participating with management in interviewing, hiring, and training employees.
