Torrey Pines Senior Living, a Stellar Senior Living Continuing Care Retirement Community, offers assisted living, memory care and skilled nursing services. We are located off the 5 freeway and Del Mar Heights Road. Come join our dedicated team and provide excellent service to our residents, families and guests.

The Admissions Coordinator in our skilled nursing neighborhood is responsible for coordinating all admitting department operations.

RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:

• overseeing the in-patient/out-patient functions, bed assignments , and completion of preliminary paperwork for entering patients
• works with medical, nursing, therapy and accounting departments to ensure appropriate patient placement
• confirms all insurance benefits coverage meets standards of admission policy
• responsible for signing contracts with new admissions in timely matter
• communicates new admissions with skilled nursing team and follows up to ensure smooth transition to our community

QUALIFICATIONS

• at least one year previous experience in a skilled nursing or hospital environment required
• must be able to pass background and drug screening
• must be able to work Sunday - Thursday, day shift

FULL TIME SIGN ON BONUS DETAILS

New full time employees are eligible for $250 sign on bonus after 30 days; additional $250 sign on bonus after 90 days; and additional $500 sign on bonus after 1 year. Restrictions may apply, please ask the hiring manager for details.

Compensation will be based on experience.
