We are seeking a Funding Specialist to become a part of our team! As a Funding Specialist with Torro, you will build a career in alternative business finance by working one-on-one with business owners across the nation in obtaining the working capital needed to expand, bailout, bridge the next job, or safely make it through COVID19. RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Advise borrowers on financial status and payment methods
• Guide business owners through the funding process
• File applications for funding and supporting documents 
• Develop relationships with clients to establish a book of business

​QUALIFICATIONS:

• Previous experience in Sales or Finance is preferred, but not necessary
• Ability to build rapport with clients
• Strong analytical and mathematical skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Desire to grow personally and professionally

*Hours are 8:00 am - 6:00 pm, with a two-hour lunch, Monday through Friday

*$1000 SIGNING BONUS ($250 PAID WEEKLY WITHIN YOUR FIRST 4 WEEKS)

Pay: $40,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year ($15 hourly base + uncapped commission)

COVID-19 considerations: Masks are required when not in your designating enclosed area, the office is disinfected frequently, and there are three high-grade air filtration units constantly running

Torro, a lead alternative business financing company, has been providing funding solutions to businesses nationwide for more than 4 years. As we began funding our own clients one year ago and are rapidly growing, we are now looking to build out our billing department in our new, state-of-the-art-facility.
