    Tosaf Inc is looking for a successful Logistics/Transportation Coordinator (LTC) to join the team. Our global organization offers growth, the ability to make your job your own, life work balance and a family-oriented culture. The LTC prepares, routes, and manages transportation for company's purchase orders and customer shipments. Their main duties include reviewing shipment materials before distribution, collaborating with transportation systems to ensure prompt shipment pick-ups and monitoring shipment costs and productivity processes. The candidate must have at least 2 years of logistics experience in manufacturing companies.

    JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Coordinating transportation providers to ensure prompt and proper movement of shipments
    • Responding to customer inquiries and referring clients to the proper channels
    • Reviewing purchase orders and shipping documents to ensure accuracy
    • Making special shipping arrangements as necessary
    • Tracking and fixing shipping errors
    • Managing distribution and shipment budgets
    • Ensuring that the quality of all services provided meets the required standards
    • Developing processes that make the supply chain more efficient and organized
    • Field a high volume of emails and phone calls
    • Process customer shipments in ERP system
    • Communicate with the production team on lead times and send order confirmations to customers/vendors in a timely manner.
    • Effective communication with all the departments.
    • Assist with other business functions as needed.

    EDUCATION AND KEY ATTRIBUTES:

    • Associate degree in business or related field – Preferred
    • Minimum 2 years logistics experience with background in manufacturing
    • Ability to multitask while maintaining a high level of detail.
    • Excellent written and interpersonal communication skills.
    • Self-starter and ability to work with minimal supervision.
    • Exceptional time-management and organizational skill set.
    • Must be computer proficient, Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
    • Experience working with an ERP/SAP system is a plus.
