    We are looking for an experienced SALES REPRESENTATIVE who is capable of identifying new targets and opportunities while managing existing accounts. We are seeking an individual that has in-depth knowledge of thermoplastics. This successful candidate will play a key role in increasing revenue at Tosaf Color Services by effectively and efficiently managing his/her territory (ARKANSAS, EASTERN TENNESSEE, NORTH MISSISSIPPI, AND SOUTHERN MISSOURI). 

    HOW WILL YOU DO IT?

    •Develop sales strategy •Build weekly travel schedule and send an accurate and timely submission of required reports including the sales funnel, sales forecast, and visit reports •Track trends of the market and gather intelligence concerning customers •Seek new customers/opportunities for business growth •Identify each customer needs and build long-lasting relationships •Develop multi-layer relationships with different departments as needed •Meet or exceed sales budget and targets •Attend meetings, events, training conferences – to keep up with latest developments YOUR EXPERTISE

    You have 5 years+ experience selling additives and color masterbatch with outstanding relationship management skills in the following industries: Agriculture, Automotive, Building & Construction, Electrical & Electronics, Home Sports & Leisure, Packaging, and Textile & Fiber.

    You possess a proven history of successfully deploying sales projects and a very strong communication and negotiation ability.

    You are goal-oriented, self-motivated, consistently acting with a sense of urgency, and aiming for accomplishment.
