TOSAF IS A LEADING MANUFACTURER OF COLOR CONCENTRATES, ADDITIVE MASTERBATCHES, AND LIQUID COLORS FOR THE INJECTION MOLDING, BLOW MOLDING, FILM, SHEET, COMPOUNDING, AND EXTRUSION MARKETS. WE ARE LOOKING FOR AN EXPERIENCED QUALITY CONTROL TECHNICIAN. POSITION OBJECTIVE:
The QC technician will fill an essential role in monitoring the quality of material coming in from production by testing to make sure that produced products meet customer requirements.
THE TASKS INCLUDE THE FOLLOWING (BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO):
Preparing and molding color checks using injection molders; Preform Computer color measurements for QC; Preparation of color chips for QC folders and customers; Prepare COA and COC paperwork according to customer requirements; Weighing up raw pigment for jar shots and corrections; Calibrating Test equipment as needed; prepare samples using the lab extruder; Preform tests using the Muffle furnace; Extrusion plastometer and Moisture analyzer; Filing up lab folders and QC records; Housekeeping in the Lab.
