    Pay rate: Starting at $23.00 per hr

    Overview: We are currently seeking compassionate and dedicated Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to join our healthcare team in Kentucky. As a CNA at our facility, you will play a vital role in providing essential care and support to our residents.     **Responsibilities:**

    1\. **Patient Care:**

    \- Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.

    \- Provide emotional support and companionship to residents.

    \- Assist with mobility, transfers, and positioning of residents.

     

    2\. **Vital Signs Monitoring:**

    \- Take and record vital signs accurately and promptly.

    \- Report any changes or abnormalities in residents' conditions to the nursing staff.

    3\. **Assist with Medical Procedures:**

    \- Support nurses in administering medications and treatments as directed.

    \- Follow established protocols for infection control and safety.

    4\. **Communication and Collaboration:**

    \- Communicate effectively with residents, their families, and members of the healthcare team.

    \- Collaborate with nurses and other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated and comprehensive care.

    5\. **Documentation:**

    \- Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of care provided.

    \- Document any changes in residents' conditions and report to the nursing staff.

    **Qualifications:**

    1\. **Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) Certification in Kentucky.**

    2\. High school diploma or equivalent.

    3\. Previous experience as a CNA in a healthcare setting is preferred.

    4\. Ability to follow care plans and work well within a team.

    5\. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
