    Responsibilities and Tasks:

    Write and send clinical documents such as, initial evaluations, progress reports, plans of care, recertification reports and reexamination reports in the agreed time frame, as set forth by office policy, to the appropriate entities

    Maintain compliance with standards and procedures set forth by Medicare and private insurance companies

    Ensure that clinical notes are kept up to date, accurate and completed in the time frame set forth by office policy

    Display proper etiquette and mannerisms that reflect proper healthcare behavioral standards

    Demonstrate kindness, empathy, and a high level of care to every patient who enters the clinic

    Communicate with patients in a manner that encourages their commitment to the plan of care

    Employ time management skills effectively in order to maximize time spend with patients

    Demonstrate commitment to a collegial and supportive relationship with colleagues

    Commit to sharing knowledge and updated best practices with colleagues through in-house education

    Assists with student clinical affiliations from physical therapy graduate programs

    Qualifications:

    Graduate from a CAPTE-accredited Physical Therapy program

    Possess an active Board Certified Physical Therapy license in the state of NJ

    Current CPR certification

    Exercise, sports rehab, and manual-based skills

    Outgoing and energetic personality
