    We are a fast-paced, growing, IT consulting company / managed service provider looking for Help Desk Technicians. The perfect candidate will be able to integrate in to, and interact with a dynamic team, as well as effectively and courteously communicate with clients as well as other team members. Diligent documentation and organization skills are a must.

    Job / Technical Requirements:

    • 2+ Years Experience Required
    • Previous MSP Experience is a plus
    • Windows Desktop Operating Systems- 7, 8.1, 10 etc
    • Windows Server Operating Systems- Windows Server 2008r2, 2012, 2012r2, 2016, 2019, Active Directory, etc.
    • Excellent Problem Solving / Troubleshooting Skills
    • Microsoft Exchange 2010, 2013, 2016, 2019, Office 365
    • VMWare / Hyper-V Virtualization
    • Networking LAN/WAN concepts, structure and equipment
    • Remote Desktop / Terminal Server Experience
    • Server and Desktop Hardware Troubleshooting
    • Firewalls and Network Security
