The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations, maintaining and improving physical assets, managing staff, and ensuring compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. Responsibilities: • Manage day-to-day operations of coop and condo associations • Oversee maintenance and repair projects, ensuring timely and cost-effective completion • Develop and manage annual budgets for each property • Maintain relationships with board members, unit owners, and vendors • Ensure compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and building codes • Manage staff, including hiring, training, and supervision • Provide regular reports to board members and stakeholders • Develop and implement plans for capital improvements and long-term maintenance Qualifications: • Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field • 3+ years of experience in property management, with a focus on coop and condo associations • Fluency in Chinese (Mandarin or Cantonese) • Strong computer skills and proficiency in operating Apple computers and software • Knowledge of NYC building codes, regulations, and laws • Strong communication and interpersonal skills • Ability to manage multiple properties and tasks simultaneously • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills • Proficient in Microsoft Office and property management software Compensation: $40,000 - $48,000 yearly
