Job Description

POSITION TITLE – Program Coordinator ADDRESS – West Allis, WI (Working onsite) PAY -- $18/hr HOURS – Monday - Friday, 8:30 am to 6:00 pm. TERMS – 6-month contract

REQUIRED:

• MUST HAVE PATIENT/MEMBER EXPERIENCE
• 2-3 years managed care or physician’s office experience
• Knowledge of medical terminology.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Day to day responsibility-Makes outreach to new member population and going through health assessments.
• Medical experience, doctor's office, or clinic. They need to have an understanding of medical knowledge. Will be reviewing medications, and diagnosis.
• Needing someone who is comfortable navigating multiple systems.
