Physical Therapy Receptionist
Front Desk - Work with our other rocks starts at the front desk to perform phone management, greeting/escorting/scheduling patients, completing intake/registration/processing of new patients, insurance coordination/verification and collecting patient financial contributions, and managing accurate bank deposits and patient accounts, performing billing phone calls and assisting with the billing requirements.
Patient Ambassador - Work with patients to ensure they receive a 5 Star experience by surveying, interacting and meeting with patients. Other assignments will include maintaining accurate records of email campaigns, workshop attendance and assisting with monthly newsletter.
This is a full-time position, in a well-established clinic. Your schedule will be weekdays, but you must be able to work on a few Saturday mornings. You must be able to work until 8pm at least 2 nights Monday - Friday.
