Job Description
Help connect the moments that matter in the employee experience.
At Wellmark, we believe Total Rewards isn’t just about compensation, benefits, or wellness programs - it’s about how those elements come together to shape the employee experience in meaningful ways. We are looking for a Total Rewards Administrator who sees the bigger picture and is energized by connecting the dots across programs, processes, and people.
In this role, you won’t just administer programs. You will serve as a key connector across compensation, benefits, and wellness, ensuring our employees experience Total Rewards seamlessly, clearly, and impactfully. You will deliver timely, accurate support to your peers, employees, and leaders while owning and improving processes, partnering across teams and vendors, and identifying opportunities to simplify and enhance how work gets done. You will also apply strong critical thinking and analytical skills to navigate complexity, solve problems, and make informed decisions across both structured processes and more ambiguous situations. This role is ideal for someone who brings curiosity, strong follow-through, and a continuous improvement mindset - someone who communicates with intention and takes pride in creating a thoughtful, connected experience for others. If this sounds like you, apply today!
