  • Responsibilities

    RESPONSIBILITIES

    The Total Rewards Specialist analyzes, coordinates, and administers assigned compensation, benefits and well-being programs. Provides compensation support with job descriptions, compensation analysis, and salary surveys. Administers the company's relocation program. Provides benefit support in daily/weekly activities including funding, invoices, communication and processing. Supports Total Rewards team with key activities during the year including but not limited to, open enrollment, merit increase, and bonus plan review.

    COMPENSATION

    • Assist with market survey participation, submission and coordination; data review for validity and consistency; data analysis and reconciliation to ensure market competitiveness and analyzes survey data results.

    • Prepares job descriptions, compensation analysis, job evaluations and job classifications.

    • Assist with total reward documentation creation and communication templates

    • Administer company relocation program

    • Supports recurring compensation projects such as bonus review cycles and merit increase.

    BENEFITS

    • Processes all benefit funding requirements and benefit invoices

    • Administers Leave of Absence programs

    • Administers company tuition reimbursement program

    • Support with the preparation of open enrollment, 401k audit, 5500 filing, and other key benefit projects during the year

    • Support benefit daily/weekly processing activities

    WELL-BEING PROGRAM

    • Support the development and delivery company well-being communications

    • Support company-wide well-being events, and wellness incentive program

    OTHER

    • Performs other related duties as required and assigned

    QUALIFICATIONS

    EDUCATION:

    • Bachelors Degree in Human Resources, Business, Finance, or related field preferred

    EXPERIENCE:

    • Two years' experience in Human Resources with a preference in either or a combination of compensation, benefits, or well-being programs.

    TECHNICAL SKILLS:

    • Strong computer skills with expertise in Microsoft Windows Office applications, including Outlook, Word, and primarily Excel

    INTERPERSONAL/COMMUNICATION SKILLS:

    • Strong Oral/Written Communication and Interpersonal, and Customer Service skills; ability to communicate effectively with a high degree of professionalism

    • Frequent interactions with a wide variety of internal and external contacts, with all levels of authority and responsibility

    • Ability to react and respond favorably, manage conflict and resolve problems in a professional manner

    • Team Player; and demonstrated ability to work within cross-functional teams

    JUDGMENT:

    • Sound judgment and a high level of integrity with the ability address sensitive and confidential information, and make good decisions under pressure.

    • Results-oriented, accurate, with keen attention to detail

    • Self directed; takes initiative, proactively addresses problems; can work with minimal oversight

    • Analytical; with the ability to give, receive and interpret information to determine the root problem and bring issues to a successful conclusion.
