  • Responsibilities

    We are looking for an experienced Receptionist / Data Entry Clerk to join our team on a full-time basis. Within this role, you will be responsible for a wide range of day-to-day activities to assist us in keeping the business running smoothly.

    Responsibilities include:

    Being the first point of contact via phone

    Assisting with general data entry

    Preparing quotes and general office duties

    Assisting the sales team as needed

    About You:

    Experience with answering/managing multiple phone lines

    Computer literacy

    Working knowledge of QuickBooks, Microsoft Excel, and Word

    Excellent phone manners & interpersonal skills

    Full time 6:45 am - 4:00 pm Monday through Friday
