Position Title – Customer Service Representative Address – Austin, TX 78741 Pay -- $15 Start date – 10/23 Hours – Must be able to work any 8 hr shift from 8a-8p Terms –12 months contract to hire Covid – Will train in the office and start working from home following training – candidates need to have their own equipment (laptop and home wifi)
Required: High School Diploma, 2 yrs Call Center and 1 yr Healthcare experience Summary: The main function of a call center/customer service specialist is to interact with customers to provide information in response to inquiries about products and services and to handle and resolve complaints. A typical customer service specialist is responsible for determining the client’s issue, offer possible solutions or providing follow-up as needed. Customer service agents may be inbound, outbound or a combination of both.
