ROLE – Customer Service Representative ADDRESS - Austin-5900 E Ben White Blvd Austin, TX 78741 (10703) HOURS – 8a -6:30p (M-F) – will work an 8 hour shift in that time PAY – $15/ Hour TERM – Contract to Hire TRAINING – 5-week training class COVID – the manager is hoping to start candidates in the office to train (will follow social distancing guidelines) then go home following training

POSITION PURPOSE: The main function of a call center/customer service specialist is to interact with customers to provide information in response to inquiries about products and services and to handle and resolve complaints. A typical customer service specialist is responsible for determining the client’s issue, offer possible solutions, or providing follow-up as needed. Customer service agents may be inbound, outbound, or a combination of both
