Job Description

Title – Customer Service Representative Address – Main St, Buffalo, NY  Pay -- $16-$18hr Start date – 9/6 Hours – M-F 8-5p EST Terms – 9 months contract to hire Remote until September/October, then onsite post covid

Required: Customer Service experience Healthcare experience is not required but it is preferred!

Job Responsibilities: Day to Day Responsibilities of this Position and Description of Project:  -Primary job function is answering inbound calls -Member/Provider inquiries regarding eligibility, benefits and claims -Transferring calls using a call routing source -Approximately 40-60 calls per day -Provide assistance to members and/or providers regarding website registration and navigation -Research and identify any processing inaccuracies in claim payments and route to the appropriate site operations team for claim adjustment -Identify any trends related to incoming or outgoing calls that may provide policy or process improvements to support excellent customer service, quality improvement and call reduction   Please do not submit any candidates who was a “job hopper”
