We’re looking for a Showing Agent to support sales goals through effective sales techniques and quality customer service. GOALS: Create/Convert/Close, 20 approved buyers working at all times, 50 showings per week to fully qualified buyers, and average 5 homes shown before writing an offer. Responsibilities: • Refine buyer’s criteria in order to select additional homes to show as necessary • Respond to all buyer client phone calls, emails and texts in a timely manner to provide superior customer service • Gather information about potential homes and local communities so you can answer buyer questions • Find homes that meet buyer clients’ criteria and budget to generate sales faster • Schedule and attend on-site property inspections with clients and vendors to help ensure a smooth process Qualifications: • Ability to use or quickly learn real estate specific CRM and marketing/lead technologies • Professional in attitude and appearance • Willing and able to spend a lot of time driving • Self-starter and able to work with minimal supervision • Real Estate License or currently pursuing license required Compensation: $65,500 At Plan Earnings
