Responsibilities: • Prepares annual budget to help make sure financial objectives are met • Facilitates resident move-ins/move-outs by negotiating leases, collecting security deposits and processing applications to ensure a smooth process • Maintain vendor relationships, implement budgets and coordinate on-site operations to ensure smooth operation of the property • Help create and organize marketing initiatives that generate excitement and new qualified leads/leases • Maintain property by investing and resolving tenant complaints, enforcing rules of occupancy, inspecting vacant units, and contracting with landscaping services to ensure our tenant’s satisfaction • Assist tenants in transitioning to homeownership • Find additional clients looking to buy or sell • Generate additional transactions by finding excellent rental opportunities available to purchase Qualifications: • Basic understanding of MS Office • Demonstrable skills in negotiation and selling • B.A. preferred, High School Diploma required • 1-2 years of customer service and sales experience preferred • Flexibility in schedule to include working both evenings and weekends • Familiarity with Google G-Suite and CRMs • Candidate will also need to have a KY and/or IN real estate license. Compensation: $60,000 - $90,000 at plan earnings
