Touching Hearts at Home is family owned and locally operated. We have been providing quality, in-home senior care. Our mission is to empower older adults to age in place and avoid hospitalization. To accomplish this, we provide companion-level (non-medical) care to seniors throughout Erie and Niagara Counties. This Care Partner would be responsible for providing one-on-one weekly support for elders in their homes through companionship, housekeeping, meal preparation, shopping and transportation.
Support for these vulnerable older adults is provided under a government contract with Touching Hearts that strives to keep seniors safe in their homes for as long as possible.

We take the safety of our Care Team and clients seriously and provide all Care Partners with appropriate Personal Protective Equipment such as gloves, masks, and sanitizer.
No certification is required. Job requirements include:
Personal or professional experience that shows a heart for senior care
A valid driver's license
The ability to provide a reliable, insured vehicle to use on the client's behalf for all scheduled shifts and to travel 15 miles for any scheduled shifts
Proof of COVID-19 Vaccination
The ability to lift, push, and pull up to 25 pounds
Daily access to email, the internet, and a mobile phone
