We are looking for caring, customer service-oriented people to provide social support to our clients in their homes. Our caregivers work with clients on an ongoing basis, forming compassionate relationships with our seniors to provide the best possible care.

Because we provide social (non-medical) support we do not require healthcare certification. Our caregivers are NOT required to provide hands on hygiene support, weight bearing assistance, or other medical services.

How You Support Our Seniors!

Social Companionship: Especially now, seniors have become very isolated. We provide companionship to help keep spirits up and remind our clients they are never alone!

Dementia & Alzheimer’s Care: Many of our seniors must still deal with the difficulties of cognitive impairment during this time. It can be confusing and scary when daily tasks become more trying. We provide daily support and encouragement to our seniors to reassure them.

Qualifications For the Position!

Personal or Professional Experience: Taking care of a loved one first-hand OR professional experience working as a HHA, PCA, CNA, Nurse, or companion caregiver / homemaker

Passion for providing quality care for the elderly in our community

Valid Driver’s License & Insured Vehicle

Minimum of 20 working hours per week and willingness to travel up to 15 miles for shifts.

The Ability to commit to at least one ongoing client with consistent weekly shifts.

The ability to lift, push, and pull up to 25 pounds.

Daily access to the internet, email, and mobile phone.

We are a drug free workplace and complete a criminal background and driving record check before hiring.

Each Touching Hearts at Home franchise is independently owned and operated. Your application will go directly to the management of the franchisee where all hiring decisions will be made.
