    Job Description

    Due to consistent growth, we have opportunities to join our global support center, headquartered in the Raleigh NC area! If you have current, verifiable 5+ years of call center customer service experience with stable job history, excel in a fast-paced environment, and have the discipline to work remotely, we want to talk to you!

    FULL TIME - OUR REMOTE SUPPORT CENTER HOURS ARE M-TH 9 AM-6 PM EASTERN TIME AND 9 AM-5 PM EASTERN TIME ON FRIDAYS.

    We offer the following:

    • Pay to start at $15/hr., commensurate with experience
    • This is a full-time, work-from-home, permanent position

    In the role, successful support team members are responsible for:

    • Delivering world-class customer service to customers with requests and inquiries via phone, live chat, and email in an inbound busy contact center environment
    • Building and maintaining exceptional customer relationships
    • Using multiple software programs and browsers to manage/handle contacts
    • Utilizing research skills to troubleshoot customer issues
    • Providing proactive communication to internal and external customers
    • Maintaining productive relationships with peers through positive teamwork
    • Stellar attention to detail and follow-up
    • Performing other duties as assigned

    What You'll Need (required):

    • High School diploma or equivalent
    • Must type 65wpm or more
    • Must be computer/internet savvy
    • High-Speed Internet Connection
    • Dedicated home office/workspace
    • Quiet workspace
    • Discipline to work from home
    • Basic to intermediate math skills (mastery of a calculator!)
    • Local candidates only (must live within Fayetteville, Benson, Raleigh, Durham, or Chapel-Hill area)
    • You must be able to legally work in the U.S.
    • You must pass a criminal background check and drug screening.
    • 5+ years recent and verifiable Call Center Experience is required (calls, chats, emails)
    • You must be able to establish a noise-free work-from-home setting.

    KEY COMPETENCIES: strong verbal and written communication skills | excellent listening skills and attention to detail | good time management and organizational skills | good judgment and adaptability | high-stress tolerance and resilience | proficient in relevant computer applications: Microsoft Office tools, email, chat, internet navigation | knowledge of customer service principles and practices | excellent data entry/keyboard skills: 65 WPM minimum
