Frozen Ropes is seeking dependable, high-energy individuals to support our tournament operations. This role is critical to ensuring our events run smoothly and deliver a great experience for players, coaches, and families.

Key Responsibilities:

Set up and break down fields, equipment, and tournament areas

Manage game flow, assist with scheduling, and keep events on time

Provide on-site support to teams, coaches, and families

Monitor fields and facility to ensure safety and organization

Handle day-of operational needs as they arise

What We’re Looking For:

Reliable and able to work weekends

Comfortable working in a fast-paced, outdoor environment

Strong communication and problem-solving skills

Team-first attitude with a willingness to jump in where needed

Schedule: Primary shifts are based around tournament play and typically include Fridays, Saturdays, Sundays, and Mondays.
