Tournoux is looking for a ****Landscape and Hardscape Foreman at a $22-$32 starting salary range with the potential for career advancement. Accepted candidates will receive a guaranteed full-time Monday through Friday work schedule and the opportunity to manage crews ranging from 2-6 employees.

We’re looking for honest and hard-working applicants who are at least 18 years old and can both speak and read English. If you have a high school diploma or equivalent, a valid driver’s license, 2-5 years of construction experience, and are looking to take the next leap in your growing career, you may be the right candidate.

In this role, you will:

• Exemplify self-reliance by demonstrating the ability to complete job paperwork on a daily basis.
• Feel a sense of achievement when you complete jobs on or under budget and train new crew members when needed.
• Be a responsible member of our camaraderie-focused team structure by holding others accountable.
• Safely operate and maintain state-of-the-art equipment as well as identify grades and run laser equipment.
• Take on hands-on learning by knowing the common and scientific names of all plants on job sites.
• Work with your hands in the great outdoors and improve your strength by regularly lifting at least 50 pounds.
