We are seeking a reliable and organized Dispatcher to join our towing team

Responsibilities:

Answer incoming calls from customers, law enforcement, and service providers

Dispatch tow truck operators efficiently and accurately

Monitor driver locations and job status

Maintain clear communication with drivers and customers

Enter and update service information in dispatch software

Handle emergency and high-priority calls professionally

Requirements:

Excellent communication and customer service skills

Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

Strong computer and phone skills

Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
