Position Overview

Evan’s Towing & Recovery is growing and looking for motivated Tow Truck Drivers to join our team.

We are hiring both:

✅ Experienced drivers (preferred)

✅ Entry-level candidates willing to learn (training available for the right person)

💪 What You’ll Do

Respond to dispatch calls (accidents, impounds, breakdowns)

Safely operate flatbed, wheel-lift, or tow trucks

Secure and transport vehicles properly

Communicate with dispatch, customers, and law enforcement

Complete tow tickets, photos, and basic documentation

Maintain cleanliness and basic upkeep of assigned truck

✅ Requirements

Must be 21+ years old

Clean driving record (MVR required)

Clean background

Ability to work flexible hours (including nights/weekends)

Strong work ethic and reliability

⭐ Preferred (Not Required)

Previous towing experience

Knowledge of Arizona towing / impound procedures

Experience with flatbed or wheel-lift
