SUMMARY

Tower Hill Insurance Group is seeking a highly motivated, task-oriented person to join our existing Housekeeping team.

As a housekeeper you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and orderly condition of our Gainesville premises and will work during the hours of 4:30 pm - 8: 30 pm, Monday through Friday.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

Clean and polish metalwork, lighting fixtures, marble surfaces, and trim.

Clean rooms, hallways, lobbies, lounges, rest rooms, and corridors, break areas, kitchens, locker rooms and other work areas.

Sweep, scrub, wax, and polish floors, clean rugs, carpets, upholstered furniture, and draperies.

Dust furniture and equipment.

Wash walls, ceiling, woodwork, windows, door panels, and sills.

Empty wastebaskets, and empty and clean ashtrays, transport trash and waste to disposal area.

Replenish bathroom supplies.

Transport small equipment and/or tools between departments.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE

Less than high school education; or up to one month related experience or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Exceptional attention to fine details.
