THIS POSITION IS FOR MANN PACKING (A DEL MONTE COMPANY)

PURPOSE OF POSITION:

This position is responsible for data entry into JDE System and Prodline. Additionally, this position will be the Contact Manufacturing Manager back up in regards to customer service, inventory management and material planning at the Contract Manufacturing facility. Ensure accurate data entry and effective communication of data requirements by coordinating efforts between Procurement, Manufacturing, Sales and Product Supply departments. This Position reports directly to the Contract Manufacturing Manager.

ACCOUNTABILITIES:

• Responsible for the daily Production Data Entry requirements into Prodline and JDE.
• Assist with the daily shipping scheduling and material requirements to ensure the highest Customer Service.
• Ensure accurate raw and finished goods inventories
• Assist in setting up daily/weekly production plans for raw material logistics and finished product completions to customers.
• Monitor on time delivery performance of the Contract Manufacturer to the customer.
• Report KPI's for Contract Manufacturer on quality, food safety, customer service and financial reporting.
• Track and report upon the production yields, line efficiencies.
• Work with the Procurement functions to ensure cost effective sourcing of raw product.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

• 5+ years of accounting, inventory management or data entry experience
• Must have the ability to understand MRP systems.
• A team player with the ability to use strong communication and analytical skills to ensure the daily reporting requirements are fulfilled.
• Strength in the following skill sets: Verbal, written, analytical, planning and problem-solving
• Must be results-focused
• Flexible and customer/client service oriented
• Computer skills – Excel, Word, Power point, and Access

Required Skills Required Experience

QUALIFICATIONS:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong customer service orientation. Excellent verbal communication skills/articulation.  Good command of the English language.  Bilingual skills needed for some locations
• Primarily sedentary work remaining in one work station for approximately eight hours/day.
• Demonstrated proficiency using personal computers, MS Office software including Word and Excel.
• Must be able to perform multiple tasks at any given time.
• Professional in manner, image and attire.
