We work with top international law firms, investment banks, and Fortune 500 companies, and collaborate with candidates as they progress through their careers. 

We are seeking a dynamic legal recruiter to fill temporary placement for our client's project staffing needs. The work is fast-paced, high volume, and highly rewarding! The Legal Recruiter works as part of a team to source, interview and place attorney and paralegal candidates in temporary and temp-to-perm positions. The Legal Recruiter will recruit and direct the full life-cycle recruiting process for project attorneys, paralegals, and law firm staff for law firms, investment banks, and Fortune 500 companies. The compensation will include a base salary plus commissions. 

We work collaboratively to 

• Support the full life cycle recruitment effort for our clients 
• Foster relationships with candidates, clients and internal team 
• Partner with client hiring managers to understand objectives and identify recruiting strategies to address them 
• Develop and retain business by providing outstanding customer service 
• Interview candidates to evaluate availability, skills, work history, education, professional licenses, compensation needs, and other qualifications 
• Use recruiting tools such as e-recruit, Indeed and LinkedIn to fill assignment orders rapidly with qualified contract employees 
• Continuously work on ways to improve the recruiting process and candidate experience 
• Participating in an on-call schedule some nights and weekends

Qualifications / Competencies 

• Bachelor's Degree required; JD preferred 
• Strong verbal and written communication skills 
• Relationship Management 
• Consultation 
• Experience in legal or recruiting settings
• Prior experience as a contract paralegal or attorney a plus
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
