    T&C is a 2- 4 doctor capable GP hospital. We are located about 20 minutes east of San Diego. Our town is perfect for horse lovers and those dream of having more land. It is not uncommon for folks to have backyard chickens or goats!

    We are seeking an Associate DVM who is dependable, and energetic. Our practice provides a bond-centered environment that is exciting, fast-paced, and professionally challenging while keeping the service to our clients and their pets at the center of our focus.

    Bonita is a great place for large animal lovers. Horse trails, equestrian barns and more living space, makes this a great home for someone with big ideas. We are also less than 1/2 hour from San Diego, so there is plenty of opportunity to soak up the best of both worlds.

    CORE RESPONSIBILITIES & REQUIREMENTS

    • Supports excellence in client experience
    • Works collaboratively with HM and Medical Director
    • Practices high quality, gold standard medicine

    Competencies And Experience

    • Valid and in good standing licensed veterinarian within the state of CA
    • 1-5 years of clinical experience, preferred but not required
    • Strong clinical skills and sound medical judgment
    • Good communication skills, both written and verbal
    • Time-management and delegation abilities
    • Exercises sound judgement and demonstrates exemplary decision-making skills
    • Professionalism and courtesy in all interactions with others
