Job Description

We're seeking to add a strong Escrow assistant 2 years experience desired, with an Independent Escrow Company to join our team. This is a perfect opportunity for growth for those currently in escrow working as a processor. Must be able to work in a fast paced environment. Summit Escrow Software Experience, Word, PowerPoint, Excel. SALARIED POSITION BASED ON EXPERIENCE.

THIS IS NOT A REMOTE POSITION 

And will consider those with an Accounting or Real Estate Experience. 

DUTIES INCLUDE BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

Ordering Title

Ordering Demand and Liens

Prepping and Sending back loan documents

Opening Escrow

Sending out Escrow Packages

Sending out Broker/ Agents Closing Packages

Sending out 1099's

Escheating to the State

Order Evidence of Insurance

✅Must be able to be bonded with EAFC ✅Pass DBO background check

✅Simple IRA which we match 3% of their salary. 

✅DBO independent escrow experience preferred. But not required

✅Salary based on experience

We provide service for all types of Escrows

We prepare all documents (i.e. grant deed, interposal transfer deeds, notes , assignments, request for notice) along with all necessary instructions as required for your escrow.

We handle UCC search and filings, publications, ABC documentation and all additional documents as needed for your Bulk Sale escrow.

Completion of documents required by Department of Housing and obtaining Tax Certificate, when necessary, in order to effect the transfer of title of your mobile home.

We coordinate with Lender, Title Company, Insurance Co., Associations and any other agencies necessary to complete your escrow efficiently, timely and as always… Quality At Your Service.
