Minimum Qualifications

At least 1 years of housekeeping experience

Ability to communicate effectively in English

Ability to use cleaning materials, supplies and equipment (vacuums, buffers, laundry equipment, etc.)

Able to collaborate effectively with subordinate staff and peers

Performance Expectations

Supervise the day-to-day operations of an assigned group of Housekeepers or an assigned area of the facility.

Train associates in proper work procedures, safety, and customer service.

Regularly inspect guestrooms ensuring they are clean, restocked and straightened.

Respond promptly to guests’ needs with an interest and concern in satisfying every guest.

Clean guest rooms along with assigned staff as hotel needs require.
