Responsibilities: • Perform analysis on property value using comps, data, site walks, market trends, and research • Reply quickly to all incoming leads and client requests for information • Manage leads and follow up through daily CRM use to update and stay on task until deals are closed • Build rapport with prospects and clients to overcome objections and get the deal signed • Attend and consistently follow up on all Seller Appointments • Meet and exceed the Company's contract goals of 7 properties per month • Ensure Clients' needs are met and taken care of • Update customer database regularly to provide the most up-to-date client information • Understanding client needs and offering solutions and support to increase sales opportunities • Report on key performance and sales metrics on a consistent basis to ensure sales goals are achieved Qualifications: • Requires an enthusiastic passion for real estate asset sales and goal-oriented personality • Exceptional communication skills, both oral and written, with extremely strong phone skills; ability to set and close appointments over the phone • Proven track record of at least 2 years of experience in a sales position or related field • A high school diploma or GED is required, a bachelor’s degree preferred Compensation: $110,000 - $125,000 yearly
