  • Responsibilities

    As a lead manager for Township Properties, your job is to be the first point of contact for all possible clients and determine if Township and the client are fit to work together. This means you will determine if our home-buying services can be helpful to the homeowner. On the call, you will take the client through our call process with the goal of setting them up for an appointment to receive an offer for their property. If the client is not a fit for our service, then you will be responsible for following up with the client and further building the relationship, until one day, they do become a client. You are the first point of contact for us to possible clients, so it is vital to make an outstanding first impression. Responsibilities: Lead Qualification: • Receive and manage incoming leads generated by our marketing team • Conduct outbound calls to potential leads to gather essential information and assess their interest and motivation in selling their property Lead Database Management: • Maintain an organized and up-to-date database of leads, including accurate and detailed information on each lead's property details, timeline, and motivation Appointment Setting: • Qualify leads based on predetermined criteria to determine their eligibility for further engagement • Schedule appointments with qualified leads for the closer to assess and potentially close the deal Communication and Follow-Up : • Communicate effectively with leads through phone and at times email to build rapport and gather additional information • Follow up with leads at appropriate intervals to nurture relationships and gauge continued interest Collaboration with Sales Team: • Coordinate with the sales/closing team to provide them with comprehensive information about qualified leads • Ensure a seamless transition of leads to the closing team, including any relevant notes or details Reporting: • Provide regular reports on lead management activities, including the number of leads contacted, qualified, and appointments scheduled Qualifications: • Previous sales experience • Strong technology background with the ability to learn and master new software • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal • Previous experience in real estate or sales-related roles is required • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Ability to quickly build rapport and establish a connection with potential clients • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail • Familiarity with CRM tools and lead management systems • Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently • Understanding of real estate processes is a plus Compensation: $7,000 - $15,000 yearly
