    We're a leading immigration law firm in Towson, Maryland. You'll have the opportunity to do rewarding work with our clients (we handle mainly family based and humanitarian immigration cases including work for victims of crimes, domestic violence, and human trafficking).     RESPONSIBILITIES:

    Oversee our customer service team (2 to 6 team members)

    Manage and train new customer service team members

    Create standards and goals for customer satisfaction

    Interact daily with our current and prospective clients

    QUALIFICATIONS:

    Bilingual in Spanish (oral and written). Must have strong writing skills in ENGLISH AND SPANISH, excellent computer skills, and an eye for detail because you’ll be writing letters, text messages, and emails to clients in both languages. Experience leading/supervising preferred, but not required.
