  • Responsibilities

    The Dealer Trade Driver deliver, and transfers vehicles from various locations as requested by the sales department.

    Additional job responsibilities may include:

    • Picks up and transfers new vehicles between dealerships as requested. Responsible for proper paperwork being exchanged to the customer and dealership.
    • Ensures vehicle we are receiving contains all equipment as listed on invoice and there is no damage on vehicle. If damage or missing equipment is found contacts sales manager before leaving location.
    • Picks up used vehicle purchases at auction and other dealerships as directed by management.
    • Picks up vehicles from and delivers vehicles to customers as directed by management.

    This is a part time position that works as needed and has flexible hours.

    Needs to be available on short notice. Drives may be a variety of distances.

    Required:

    • Valid U.S. Driver's license with good driving record

    Must have a clean motor vehicle report and submit to a drug screen

    TECHNICAL SKILLS: 

    • Windows OS configuration and troubleshooting 
    • Global Protect VPN Client  
    • Troubleshooting Microsoft O365 
    • Troubleshooting Multiple business software applications and interfaces in a multi-platform environment 
    • Troubleshooting and setting up Wireless Devices (iPhones, Blackberries, Scan Guns, Wireless Cards) 
    • Troubleshooting, configuring, setting up and deploying PC’s on a network  
    • Troubleshooting customer computer and connectivity issues across a WAN 
    • Troubleshooting, installing and configuring PC hardware and peripherals 
    • Troubleshooting and configuring network and local printers 
    • PC imaging  
    • Setting up and maintaining Active Directory User and Computer Accounts  
    • Maintaining an Asset Management System

        

    WORKING KNOWLEDGE SKILLS 

    • Virtual Desktop Environments 
    • Scripting languages 
    • VOIP 
    • Networking protocols and equipment – TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN, routers, firewalls, switches, etc. 
    • Group Policy

      

    PROFESSIONAL SKILLS: 

    • Ability to communicate professionally and effectively to technical and non-technical internal customers 
    • Ability to complete tasks with minimal supervision 
    • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment 
    • Must be dedicated to providing superior quality service to internal customers both in person and over the phone.
