WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

We are looking for positive upbeat individuals to work in our Sales BDC (Business Development Call Center). Individuals who are hard- working and want to join a great team of representatives to create and drive traffic into the dealership.  

RESPONSIBILITIES 

• Respond to incoming calls/emails efficiently and professionally

• Make outgoing follow-up calls throughout the buying cycle 

• Schedule and confirm sales appointments 

• Learn and utilize dealership programs for tracking, notes, etc. 

• Other tasks may be assigned from time to time

QUALIFICATIONS

• Excellent customer service skills 

• Excellent communication skills 

• Ability to read a script and overcome objections 

• Ability to sit in front of a computer and on the phone for long periods of time 

• Computer/tech savvy 

• Multi-tasking skills 

• Strong attention to detail 

• Team player 

• Self-motivated and Goal-oriented 

• Call Center experience preferred 

• Sales experience preferred  

• No drama positive attitude
