TOYOTA OF HUNTINGTON BEACH has an immediate opening for a motivated team member in our established BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT CENTER. Previous success in a BDC Center or a Call Center is beneficial. Successful candidates must have the ability to multi-task and be a team player, additionally candidates must have a courteous personality and experience providing excellent customer service. DUTIES:

As a Service BDC Representative, you will be directly responsible for monitoring and following up with customer leads received via internet, phone, and visits to the dealership. Outstanding customer service skills are required.

Primary duties include (any combination of the following):

• Making outbound phone calls

• Receiving inbound calls

• Vehicle status updates

• Setting service appointments

• No Show appointments calls

• Service reminders calls

• After service courtesy and csi follow up calls

• Customer service/prospect follow-up

• Service shuttle coordinator

• Rentals contracts

Willing to work Saturday
