We are currently looking for a part time evening/weekend receptionist to join our team!

Hours:  TUESDAY - FRIDAY 4:00 TO 9:00 PM AND SATURDAYS 11:00 TO 8:00 PM 

                         (PERFECT HOURS FOR A STUDENT SCHEDULE)

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Answers incoming calls and directs the caller to the appropriate person or department.
• Have good communication skills and customer satisfaction.
• Communicates effectively with callers in a professional, courteous and efficient manner.
• Greets and directs visitors.
• Responsible for test drive vehicle plate assignments.
• Provides clerical assistance to the business office.
• Maintains a professional appearance.
• Keeps reception area neat and clean.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
