We are looking for an energetic and professional express lube writer/greeter to join our team. You will greet our customers in the service drive and help to provide the best quick lube experience possible. You will be responsible for inspecting the customer's vehicle upon arrival and writing the repair order. Your job is to make sure the vehicle gets in and out in a timely manner and upsell the customer on any repairs that are needed beyond the express lube. Responsibilities: • To be successful in this role, you should be familiar with automotive service operations and have a good understanding of what makes great customer service in a high-volume environment. • You should also be available to work within our opening hours, including Saturdays.
