In addition to a competitive salary, we provide: Training Profit sharing Position Summary The Inventory Control Coordinator monitors inventory issued and transferred from warehouse to truck stock. Essential Duties and Responsibilities The essential functions include, but are not limited to the following: Entering data for quantities of parts issued and transferred among warehouse and trucks, inventory, and adjust counts as needed. Staging inventory for following days work. Develop methods and procedures for properly inventory practices. Good receipting inventory received. Troubleshooting quantity discrepancies with manufacturing and inspection personnel. Placing orders with manufacturers and suppliers. Recording and monitoring all items with inventory aging to ensure that it is cycled appropriately. Preparing monthly reports for cycle count and pick-lists count for monthly highlights. Preparing and participating in regular physical inventory. Drive fork truck as required to move objects. Deliver inventory to job sites and customers. Performing other work-related duties as assigned. Minimum Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities) High School Diploma with focus on business/computer curriculum Must possess or be able to obtain a valid and appropriate state driver's license prior to employment. Minimum of one year inventory experience Must be computer literate Must be detail-oriented and pay close attention to accuracy Ability to properly handle confidential information and records Ability to analyze information gathered to identify potential problems, discrepancies, and solutions Physical Demands and Work Environment The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this position.
