CDL-A Driver — Dedicated Reefer Account | Weekly Home Time

We are currently hiring CDL-A drivers for a dedicated refrigerated route offering consistent miles, steady pay, and reliable home time. This position is ideal for drivers looking for a stable schedule and straightforward freight with minimal physical demand.

Route & Schedule

• Regional routes across Colorado, Southern Wyoming, and Eastern Utah
• Average ~1,700 miles per week
• Home weekly (home daily options may be available depending on location)
• Typically multiple loads and delivery stops per week
• Night driving required
• Freight is a mix of live unload and drop & hook
• Consistent lanes designed for predictable weekly routing

Pay & Incentives

• $0.70 – $0.80 CPM based on experience
• Average weekly earnings: $1,400 – $1,600
• Estimated annual income: $73,000 – $82,000+
• $17 per stop pay
• Up to 3% performance bonus for safety and on-time deliveries
• Guaranteed weekly pay available

• New, well-maintained fleet
• 2025 automatic trucks with auto-chains
• Refrigerated trailers (training provided)

✅ Qualifications

• Valid Class A CDL
• Minimum 3 months of recent, verifiable tractor-trailer experience
