    Job Description

    Job Title: Marketing Representative

    Reports to: General Manager, Controller, and Department Managers

    Position Description: The Marketing Representative is responsible of responding to customers’ feedback on all of our social media sites. Representative will follow dealership’s customer relations policies in an effort to build and retain a loyal customer base. Representative will build business to business relationships with local schools, local businesses, etc.

    Duties & Responsibilities: Replies to all social media postings. Communicates with local businesses and schools in effort to strengthen relationships and grow dealership’s business. Works with department managers to develop and administer the dealership’s customer relations program. Assists in resolving customer complaints which cannot be handled by sales/service people or managers. Coordinate all manufacturer and internal customer follow-up programs. Work with our website’s management team. Report dealership’s ratings on all social media sites to management. Prepare weekly and monthly reports on the status of customer satisfaction in the dealership. Including: 1. Significant changes in customer ratings and possible contributing factors 2. New customer satisfaction ratings 3. The dealership’s achievements in or unique experience with customer satisfaction 4. Case histories of customer problems and how they were handled.

    Additional Expectations: Handle all Customer Concerns first… if you cannot resolve, seethe GM for immediate resolution. Monitor all dealer socket e-mails and letter communications regarding reviews and ratings for sales and for Service working with the Mangers to resolve any issues and close the loop for follow-up with the customer. All communications must be documented. Apology letters and/or emails will be personalized. No form letters or templates for auto response.

    Qualifications: Proficient using social media sites and email systems. To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.     Education & Experience: Bachelor's degree (B.A.) from four-year college or university; or one to two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

    Language Skills: Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations. Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public.

    Mathematical Skills: Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, proportions, percentages, area, circumference, and volume. Ability to apply concepts of basic algebra and geometry.

    Reasoning Ability: Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions. Ability to interpret an extensive variety of technical instructions in mathematical or diagram form and deal with several abstract and concrete variables. Ability to logically solve complex personnel/business problems.
