Duration: 12 Months
Pay Rate: $25.92 per hour (W2)

Job Description:

Position Overview:

We are seeking a Trade Associate to join our team in Baltimore, MD. This role is responsible for ensuring the timely and accurate processing of fixed income trades and related operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of trade lifecycle management, risk awareness, and reconciliation practices. This is a collaborative role that involves close coordination with trading desks, sales teams, and multiple operations groups.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Understand the risk implications of the fixed income operations function
• Perform essential trade support tasks including trade checkout, position reconciliation, and wash account reconciliation
• Work closely with the trading desk, sales teams, and other operations groups to ensure accurate and timely trade processing
• Cross-train with other team members to enhance operational flexibility
• Provide timely issue resolution and escalate concerns to the trading desk and operations management as needed
