EXPECTATIONS

• Manage the export trade compliance program
• Develop policies and procedures
• Conduct trade compliance training
• Advise management on export compliance issues
• Manage ECCN classification program
• Manage EAR licensing
• Manage a small team
• Review systems and conduct audits

ESSENTIALS

• Bachelor’s degree required
• Experience developing policies and procedures
• Experience with exports and Commerce Department export licensing
• Experience in the technology and/or aerospace industry
• People management experience required
• Costa Mesa, California area
