HIGH LEVEL OVERVIEW

Manage the Corporate Global Trade Compliance Program. Hybrid position located north of Chicago O’Hare airport. Some relo assistance available.

EXPECTATIONS

Manage the Corporate Global Trade Compliance Program – Exports & Imports

Evaluate/update policies and procedures – International exposure

Conduct trade compliance training

Develop cost savings and improve importing/exporting processes

Advise management on trade compliance issues

Manage ITAR/EAR export licensing

Work with Legal as the SME for Trade Compliance

Review systems and conduct audits

Oversight for all Trade Partners (Customs Brokers/FF)

ESSENTIALS

Bachelor’s degree required

Customs Broker’s License preferred

Experience managing corporate global trade compliance programs

Experience developing policies and procedures

Experience with Customs compliance

Experience filing ITAR/EAR export licensing

Strong people management experience

Some relo to the Chicago area available – hybrid position with up to 30% travel
